Skills Exchange is a complete management system to support employment/training initiatives and outplacement activities providing the facilities to:
- record client details, including:
- contact details (can be configured for QAS
address checking)
- personal details (age, ethnicity, etc)
- employment and training history
- employability (key/core skills, special skills, health, etc)
- desired employment and training
- CV information
- details of applications and services used

match clients to vacancies and vacancies to clients

clients to training opportunities (where a suitable training database is available)

The program is designed to be used over a
local area network. For those wishing to use the system at several sites,
a special central management module can be used to gather all the information from each site so that a global view can be obtained and comprehensive statistics produced.
