Skills Exchange
 

Skills Exchange is a complete management system to support employment/training initiatives and outplacement activities providing the facilities to:

  • record client details, including:
    • contact details (can be configured for QAS address checking)
    • personal details (age, ethnicity, etc)
    • employment and training history
    • employability (key/core skills, special skills, health, etc)
    • desired employment and training
    • CV information
    • details of applications and services used
  • match clients to vacancies and vacancies to clients
  • match clients to training opportunities (where a suitable training database is available)
  • record and display employer details
  • record application outcomes and note appropriate follow-up
  • track the progress of clients over several months or years
  • send standard letters to clients or employers (mail merge)
  • produce statistics to show level of successful applications and services used

The program is designed to be used over a local area network. For those wishing to use the system at several sites, a special central management module can be used to gather all the information from each site so that a global view can be obtained and comprehensive statistics produced.
