Linkline is our telephone support service available to all clients and their sites between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm every working week day, and provides the following services.

• software, user guides and set-up of web pages for all new sites

• telephone support for software installation and set-up for all new sites

• software training where required

• advice and guidance on the use of all Birchin Lane software

• prompt answers to queries relating to data and software and, wherever
  possible, to technical issues.
